Hair Transplant
Hair transplant is a minor surgery in which follicular units are removed from one part of the body (donor area) to be implanted on another part (recipient area) which is the bald area.
Hair grows in units termed follicular units which contain 1-4 mature hairs, 1-2 fine hairs, connective tissue sheath, sebaceous glands, and muscle called "Erector Pilli".
There are two techniques utilized in hair transplant: FUT (Follicular Unit transplant) and FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction).
FUT
Follicular Unit Transplant is an outpatient procedure, where a strip that contains thousands of hairs is removed from the donor area to be dissected into Follicular units under the microscope. Follicular units are carefully prepared by our team before implanting them into the recipient area.

Follicular Unit Extraction is a hair transplant technique that involves removing individual follicular units from the donor area. These grafts are then implanted into the recipient area, where the patient desires more hair to provide a naturally looking hair appearance.
